- Small Group: Use rekenrek to retell or create different combinations of numbers
- Retell: Provide props and materials in dramatic play or building area
- Music: Teach the song, using fingers to retell
- Building Centre: Add pig puppets and students can create wall using blocks
- Small Group: Problem Solving (using real materials such as blocks and a truck, have students retell parts of the story and notice the different combinations such as 4 in truck and 6 on wall)
